You have the right for a cooling off period of 14 days. This means, that in case you would like to return the product you can do so without any specific reason within 14 days. We offer a 50% reimbursement for your retour shipping costs. If you would like to return your item, please contact us via e-mail.

To ensure that the artworks arrive neatly, we ask you to take and share a picture of the artpiece(s) to visually capture that the obejct(s) is not broken before shipping and to properly pack the obejct(s) in the bubble wrap they were initially shipped in.

Did your item arrive broken? This should of course never happen. But if the object broke due to harsh delivery, please reach out to us and we will arrange a refund.
